New comments regarding Draft 5 are encouraged before final adoption by the JSC at the next General meeting on September 26, 2007.

If the final report discussion had concluded on August 29 as intended, the JSC would have voted to submit a final report (the 4th draft) that did not state the JSC members' names. The 5th draft displayed on the merger website also omits the JSC members' names.
The JSC members'tireless efforts deserve to be recognized by listing their names in the report. Also, citizens are entitled to know who authored the report.
