Thank you. The correct day is now reflected on the link for the Public Forum Flyer.
Computer Browsing Tip: You may need to right-click on the Public Forum Flyer link to open it in another window to view the correctly dated flyer, if the web site is not refreshed. Some of you may need to re-boot your computer, or close and re-open your web browser to see the new changes . By the way, this tip works on many web sites that are often updated.
Will these be broadcast on local access?
I have forwarded your question to city officials for their reply. I will post their answer upon receipt.
Answer regarding local access broadcast: According to city officials, the proceedings will be taped and not broadcast live. The tape will be available for local access broadcasting on a later date to be announced.
I'm wondering if the administration of both cities will send out the newest version of the flyer via postal mail to most residents. This is to call attention to the Nov. 15th date for the forum at the Center in Clayton.
Since this date was changed from the prior date I feel it is good to advise residents by ways other than the Internet and post signs along the street.
Thank you for your comment.
According to both city managers, there will be no direct mail annoucements to residents regarding the upcoming November 15th Public Forum. However, notices have already been sent to the newspapers, there will be email blasts, and reminders sent out to neighborhood trustees. Lastly, the signs are still in place announcing the date.
