Proposed Report Format

The proposed subcommittee report format stated (by example) that the purpose is,

"The Infrastructure Subcommittee was assigned the task of comparing the Public Works Departments of the Cities of Clayton and Richmond Heights and determining whether a merger of these departments or a sharing of certain functions would be advantageous for both communities."

It does not appear that the proposed report prescribes the subcommittee make a recommendation. It should. The JSC may wish to consider making the review of the report content a full-meeting agenda item.
